What to Expect: When you come for a Higher Self Quantum Healing (HSQH) session, we’ll begin by talking. This is a confidential and supportive space where I get to know you and the reasons that brought you here. It’s an intuitive and heart-centered conversation designed to uncover the deeper layers of what’s been unfolding for you — emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
Following this initial coaching conversation, I’ll gently guide you into a meditative trance state. From there, I’ll connect with your Higher Self on your behalf to call forward what needs healing or releasing, and to receive guidance based on the intentions we set earlier.
This is where the crucial information you’ve been seeking comes through — offering clarity, direction, and deep insight into your healing, path, and next steps in life. This part of the session is recorded separately as an audio file, which you’ll receive via email afterwards to keep and revisit whenever you need further guidance or reflection.
