What actually happens in a session
This is a 5 to 6 hour deep-dive experience online

Phase 1: Therapeutic Exploration
We begin with a focused, intuitive and heart-centred conversation designed to explore the deeper layers, what’s been happening in your life and uncover the deeper roots of recurring patterns. Together, we explore your family history, inherited patterns, emotional loops and conditioning, using guided exercises to help bring underlying issues into awareness and clarify what you want to resolve, understand and heal.
This isn't a casual conversation. It’s a targeted, intentional process that goes beneath the surface, where unexpected insights and breakthroughs can emerge in the most magical ways.
Phase 2: Higher Self Quantum Healing (HSQH)
You’ll be guided into a relaxed, meditative state. From here and with your permission I connect with your Higher Self on your behalf. We assess the root cause of what’s been affecting you. Healing and insight are brought through based on your specific situation and the intention we set during phase 1 and what you need to know now for the path that you are on.

-This is where things shift.This is where the crucial information you’ve been seeking comes through, to bring greater clarity to underlying patterns, emotional experiences, personal challenges and the steps ahead. The energetic healing work is guided by what emerges during your session.
This part of the session is recorded separately as an audio file, which you’ll receive via email afterwards to keep and revisit whenever you need further guidance or reflection.
Phase 3: Integration and Clarity
We bring everything back into conscious awareness, helping you make sense of what has emerged during your session so you leave with:
• A clear understanding of the deeper patterns, insights and themes uncovered.
• Grounded and greater clarity around your situation and what it means for you.
• A sense of direction and practical steps to support you moving forward.
The aim is for you to leave with a deeper understanding of what's been going on beneath the surface, what you've gained from the experience, and how you can begin applying these insights to your life.
